I've been lazy and have neglected this blog for nearly a year now but decided it's time to make a comeback. With 2 jobs (until summer camp ends in 3 weeks!) I won't have too many posts too soon, but once my time frees up I've got some ideas bubbling.
I just bored M with a bunch of blog talk (You have a blog? was his first response. Ha!) so I'm feeling ready to nerd out on this thing and get it up and running into something I can be proud of.
School started today. It should be an interesting semester, filled with soft collages, hard equations, and felicitous facilitation. Math class in art school can't be too tough, right? My single studio day will be a welcome mid-week break from two 12 hours days at the start.
But I can't let summer go just yet. Maybe I'll go to the beach.
M has quite the green thumb this summer. The transformation of his little garden from late May to early August is amazing. I need to get out there and snap another photo before summer's end. The sunflowers have yet to bloom, but they've each grown nearly a foot since the second photo!
